Online orders
For purchases from our online store, payment methods include debit/credit/prepaid card or bank transfer. Our eshop offers the option of paying in up to 6 interest-free installments by credit card for purchases over €50. In addition, you can now download the myEMR app for iOS & Android devices on your mobile phone and easily register your kits.

The registration process at myEMR is simple, secure and personalised.
It is necessary to complete the Kit’s registration process before the sample dispatch.
Sample dispatch
Place the buccal swab sample in the Kit box and put it n the return bag you will find enclosed.

The sample is shipped free of charge, through the courier company ACS. Find the store that serves your area at https://www.acscourier.net and schedule an appointment.

Results
Within 20 business days of receipt of your sample from our laboratory, you will be sent the results reports of the genetic analysis to the electronic address (email) you have provided in the form with your personal data on myEMR.
A notification will be sent to your registered email. If you have requested access to your electronic file for another person, and that person has accepted your request, then at the same time, they will also be notified and have access to your results report.
Returns policy
In case you change your mind after you have received your Test box, you can return it to iDNA Genomics within 14 days from the date of receipt, at your own shipping costs. After we receive the iDNA Test box, you will be refunded the total amount you paid.
