Online orders
For purchases from our online store, payment can be made by debit/credit/prepaid card or by bank deposit. Our eshop offers the possibility to pay with up to 6 interest-free installments via credit card, for purchases over €50 for purchases over €50.

it is mandatory to state in the deposit your full name and Serial Number.

Create profile

The registration process at myEMR is simple, secure and personalised.
It is necessary to complete the Kit’s registration process before the sample dispatch.
Sample dispatch
Place the saliva sample in the Kit box and put it n the return bag you can find enclosed.

Your sample can be sent free of charge by calling the courier company Geniki Taxydromiki (www.taxydromiki.com). Schedule your appointment prior to starting the sampling process.
Results
Within 20 business days of receipt of your sample from our laboratory, you will be sent the results reports of the genetic analysis to the electronic address (email) you have provided in the form with your personal data on myEMR.
A notification will be sent to your registered email. If you have requested access to your electronic file for another person, and that person has accepted your request, then at the same time, they will also be notified and have access to your results report.
Returns policy
In case you change your mind after you have received your Test box, you can return it to iDNA Genomics within 14 days from the date of receipt, at your own shipping costs. After we receive the iDNA Test box, you will be refunded the total amount you paid.
